In short: Kickday works fully offline. We do not collect, receive, store, sell or share your personal data. Everything you enter in the app stays on your own device, and you can delete it at any time.
This Privacy Policy explains how the Kickday mobile application (“Kickday”, “the app”) handles information. Kickday is a kickboxing training app that helps you find gyms and training sessions, register for sessions, run a round timer and strike tracker, build and practice training combinations, and follow your personal progress.
The app is published by American Hotel Exploitatie B.V. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using Kickday you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information. Kickday has no user accounts, no sign-in, no servers and no cloud database. The app does not request internet access and does not transmit data to us or to any third party.
We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone data, device identifiers, advertising IDs or usage analytics.
Information stored only on your device
To make the app work, the information you enter is saved locally on your device, in the app’s private storage. We never have access to it. This includes:

Gym and training session information shown in the app is built into the app and is not linked to you.
How information is used
Information stored on your device is used only by the app, on your device, to provide its features: showing your schedule and registrations, running timers, calculating your personal training score, combo score, statistics and goal progress. It is not used for advertising, profiling or any automated decision-making.
Sharing of information
We do not share, sell, rent or trade any information, because we do not receive any. The app contains no advertising, no analytics and no third-party tracking SDKs.
Device backups
If Android device backup is turned on in your device settings, the operating system may include the app’s local data in your personal device backup (for example, your Google account backup) so it can be restored on a new device. This backup is managed by your device and backup provider under their own privacy terms. We do not have access to it. You can turn backups off in your device settings.
Permissions
- Vibration — used only to vibrate at the start and end of rounds and rest periods. You can turn this off in the app under Profile.
Kickday does not request any other permissions.
Data retention and deletion
Your data stays on your device until you delete it. You can delete it at any time by:
- using Profile → Reset Local Data inside the app, which removes your profile, workouts, combinations, practice history, goals and registrations; or
- clearing the app’s storage in your device settings; or
- uninstalling the app.
Because we hold no copy of your data, deleted data cannot be recovered by us.
Security
Your data is stored in the app’s private storage area, which other apps cannot access under normal Android security rules. Since no data is transmitted over the internet, it is not exposed to network interception. Please protect your device with a screen lock to keep your data private.
Children’s privacy
Kickday is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone. Because the app does not transmit any data, no information from children is collected by us. Parents or guardians can remove any data entered on a device by using Reset Local Data or uninstalling the app.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other privacy laws, you have rights such as access, correction and deletion of your personal data. Because all Kickday data is stored only on your device and under your control, you can view, change and delete it directly in the app at any time. If you have questions about your rights, contact us using the details below. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Health and safety note
Kickday is a training companion for kickboxing as a sport. Training scores, combo scores and difficulty ratings are personal estimates, not medical or professional assessments. The app does not collect health data.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example if the app’s features change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If a change affects how data is handled, we will describe it clearly in the app update notes.
